Tailored, individual training
While traditional training courses may be very good, they are designed to be delivered to a group of people with mixed backgrounds and experience. We tailor our training to your skills level. We understand that your day is busy so training delivery can be arranged at your convenience, out of business hours, at your location and using your computer. You won't have to sit listening to information that is already familiar or learn on computers that are set up differently to your own. Capricorn Web is happy to assess your needs and prepare a training package just for you and applicable to your business.
Software training offered
Like it or not, Windows is the major software used by business. We can provide training right from the most basics of Windows navigation, file management, emails, Internet to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel. Training in Lotus products can also be arranged. Unfortunately at this stage, we are not able to provide training in your business accounting software such as Quicken or MYOB but we may be able to put you in touch with trainers who specialise in this area.

How much does training cost?
Our quote to you will consider your individual training needs and as a guide, a training package will cost your business around $250 plus travelling costs where applicable. Generally a training package can be delivered in around 4 hours delivered in one or two hour sessions, but we don't charge by the hour. Training interaction will continue until you (and we) are confident that you understand the training content. Help will be available over the phone or by email during and after the training.
Because our training is tailored and our preparation is thorough, we ask that training costs are paid before we commence.
